Scrambled Eggs with Goat Cheese
Ingredients (for 3 people)
For the Eggs
- 9 medium Eggs (3 per person)
- 75g of Butter
- 3 tbsp of Goat Cheese
- Pinch of Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
For the Rest
- 6 slices of Whole Grain Bread
- 2 large Tomatoes
- Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar
- EVOO
How to make it
These are the Gorden Ramsay style scrambled eggs.
The Eggs
- In a sauce pan melt the butter over low to medium heat until it is bubbly.
- Scramble the eggs in a bowl before adding them to the butter.
- Use a rubber spatula to keep it moving constantly over low heat.
- Always keep moving the eggs, when stopping take them off the heat, we don’t want any large curds.
- Once it start settling, add the goat cheese and the some parsley.
- Keep moving until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
The Rest
- Toast the bread in a hot pan with a tiny bit of EVOO.
- Finely slice the tomatos.
How to Serve
- Arrange to slices of the toasted bread on a plate and add the egg on top.
- On the side add the sliced tomato and season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of Balsamic vinegar.
- Enjoy!
